Un Charming Lobby bloqué n'appelle jamais le vote (l'action n'est pas successful). Le RoP n'est pas "called" / "played".
Un vampire pourra donc toujours appeler / jouer un Reins of Power dans cette partie.
Si pour une raison 'X' ou 'Y' il n'ai pas bloqué mais n'a plus de vote en main, qu'est-ce qui ce passe ?
Sinon ça redonne pas mal d'intérêt ce 'de-reversal'.
