Pourtant... exemple :
Arika fait un Wake sur un bleed d'un Malkav alpha.(donc elle peut bloquer comme si elle etait detappee. mais elle reste tappee). Le malkav peut jouer Faceless Night et rajouter du stealth apres, ce qui va taper Arika.
Alors, pourquoi ! ?

C'est l'emploi de "Tap X to do Y" qui implique que le vampire doit passer de l'etat détappé à l'état tappé pour que Y prenne effet.
Donc oui, il faut que le vampire soit détappé.
A comparer par exemple avec Deflection inf, où le "tap" n'est qu'un effet supplémentaire de la carte, et peut donc être appliqué à un vampire déjà tappé (sous l'effet de Wake, par exemple)
