Banishement + Graverobbing

Message par Amiel »

Joueur X Graverob en sup un vampire. Ce vampire se fait bannir. Va-t'il dans l'uncontrolled de X ou du propriétaire originel du vampire?

Banishment
Type(s): Political Action
Rarity: Uncommon
Artist(s): Steve Casper
Set(s): *Dark Sovereigns
Final Nights
Camarilla

Card Text:

Political Card - Worth 1 vote. Called by any vampire at +1 stealth.
Choose a younger ready vampire. Successful referendum means that vampire is moved to the uncontrolled region (place him or her face down). The vampire is uncontrolled. The vampire's blood counters, master cards, and minion cards stay with that vampire with any counters they have on them (these cards are out of play as long as the vampire remains uncontrolled).

Clarifications and Rulings

A banished vampire will return to play when it again has blood >= capacity on it at the end of its Methuselah's influence phase. [TOM 19951209]

The phrase "from the controlling Methuselah's active region" is redundant, and should be removed. [RTR 19960124]

Note that "for the rest of the game" effects pointing at the Banished vampire (from some other source) will resume if/when the vampire comes back into play (e.g., Blood Bond). [TOM 19960210]

The Banished vampire goes to his (permanent) controller's uncontrolled region. [RTR 19991001 RTR 20000501]

All cards on the uncontrolled vampire become uncontrolled as well, and are not subject to contesting while out of play. These cards come back into play when the vampire does. [RTR 20000501]

A Banished vampire will remember all effects that had been applied to him, just as Contested vampires do. This includes gained or lost titles, etc. [RTR 20000501]

Temporary control effects are ended if the vampire is Banished, as normal, so the vampire would be placed in his previous (permanent) controller's uncontrolled region. [RTR 20000501]

Graverobbing

:POT:

'zact.

Banishment romps les effets de controle temporaires.

L'effet de graverobbing est permanent.

But I suspect the answer is: card text.
