Les imbueds ne sont pas des vampires, donc non.

Pour moi, le requirement est uniquement le suivant :
"Only usable at the end of a round of combat. Not usable by a vampire going into torpor."

Après qu'on ne gagne rien car vampire <> Imbued, j'avais bien compris
