j'pense que c'est tout comme l'errata d'Anarch Revolt, et donc c'est 30 jours apres la sortie de l'extension.

Some existing cards are changed in Kindred Most Wanted. The changes go into effect (for all printings of the cards) when the set is legal for play.

donc le 23 mars, (au matin, j'imagine), le changement de regles est actif.
