Pour mémoire, les cartes de l'année dernière (ici au format graphique) :

Palais Royal
Arrondissement - 1er
You may spend all your transfers and remove this card from the game during your influence phase to move a vampire with capacity less than 8 from your uncontrolled region to your ready region with full capacity. That vampire cannot block, cannot call referendum and cannot gain blood. He must abstain during referendums. Burn that vampire when he has no blood.

Bourse
Arrondissement - 2ème
As a master phase action, you may tap this card to put 3 counters on it.
If there is at least one counter on it, you may tap this card to roll a percentile dice. If the result is greater than 50, you gain a pool. If it is lower than 40, remove a counter from this card.

Musée Picasso
Arrondissement - 3ème
Tap this card to end combat between a titled vampire you control and another titled vampire. Tap this card and pay 1 pool to end combat involving any vampire you control.

Notre Dame
Arrondissement - 4ème
You may look at the top card of your library or crypt at any time.

La Sorbonne
Arrondissement - 5ème
This card comes into play with 4 Master: Discipline on it. You may play these cards as if playing them from your hand. They are considered to be Trifle.

Arrondissement - 6ème
Tap to give a vampire you control 2 votes or additional votes during a referendum.

Arrondissement - 7ème
Tap to give any minion +1 intercept for the current action.

Palais de l’Elysée
Arrondissement - 8ème
During your untap, you may pay 1 pool or tap a vampire with a capacity above 5 you control to look at the hand of another Methuselah.

Opéra
Arrondissement - 9ème
While in play, this card represents a mortal ally with 2 life, 0 strength, 0 bleed who can strike for 1R damage or dodge as a strike.
Only a Toreador may attempt to steal this ally (with the appropriate card).

Canal Saint-Martin
Arrondissement - 10ème
Tap to give any minion +1 stealth for the current action.

Bastille
Arrondissement - 11ème
You may use a master phase action, tap this card and burn the 7 top cards of your library to gain 3 pool.

Ministère des finances
Arrondissement - 12ème
Each time a player gain pool, you may roll a percentile dice. If the result is 10 or lower, gain a pool and that player gains 1 less pool. This card can only be used once during each player's turn.

Grande bibliothèque nationale
Arrondissement - 13ème
+1 hand size. You may tap this card to discard a card from your hand.

Tour Montparnasse
Arrondissement - 14ème
During your untap phase, you may remove this card from the game to restore a vampire to full capacity with blood from the blood bank.

Parc Georges Brassens
Arrondissement - 15ème
Tap to pay only half the blood cost of a card a minion you control is playing (round down).

Bois de Boulogne
Arrondissement - 16ème. Hunting Ground
During your untap phase, you may move 1 blood from the blood bank to a ready vampire you control. A vampire can only gain 1 blood from Hunting Ground cards each turn.

Arc de Triomphe
Arrondissement - 17ème
Only usable if you have at least one victory point. Remove this card from the game to move a vampire from any ash heap to your ready region and move an amount of blood equal to half of his or her capacity (round down) from the blood bank to the vampire.

Cimetière Montmartre
Arrondissement - 18ème
Tap during your discard phase to gain an additional discard phase action.

La Villette
Arrondissement - 19ème
At the end of your first influence phase, this card becomes a unique Caitiff independent anarch vampire with 2 capacity, 1 strength and 1 bleed.

Père Lachaise
Arrondissement - 20ème
As a discard phase action, you may tap this card and pay one pool to exchange a card from your hand for one in your ash heap.

Correction dans le texte : "...when he or she has no blood."

Bastille

Maintenant que l'extension anniversaire est sortie, on pourrait trouver un autre lieu et effet...

Bois de Boulogne
Arrondissement - 16ème. Hunting Ground
During your untap phase, you may move 1 blood from the blood bank to a ready vampire you control. A vampire can only gain 1 blood from Hunting Ground cards each turn.

Il faudrait corriger le texte : "A vampire can gain blood from only 1 Hunting Ground card each turn." (en rapport avec le texte de la future carte Trophy: Hunting Ground).

Cimetière Montmartre
Arrondissement - 18ème
Tap during your discard phase to gain an additional discard phase action.

Pouvoir pas très intéressant (à comparer par exemple avec la Grande bibliothèque nationale), elle ne permet même pas de jouer un event supplémentaire.

Suggestion de nouvel effet :
Tap to make a vampire gain 1 level of any one Discipline during the current action. You cannot choose a Discipline that vampire already has at the superior level.

pour la Bourse je verrais bien une modif du type "during your master phase" et non "as a master phase"

L'idée est bonne mais ça me semble vraiment trop puissant, peut-être plutot "tap to cancel vote of a ready vampire" ? Mais c'est plus comme démonstration.
Parce que virer le titre d'un vampire c'est rude quand tu le payes cher pour avoir ton innercircle (d'autant que c'est une capacité qui ne s'enlève plus et que tu peux pas changer donc :/)

Ce serait déjà mieux oui, mais le coté définitif est un peu cru à mon avis... et on sent venir la combo avec rastacouere pour le pauvre Sheldon ^^

Suggestion 2 : Burn this card and arget a ready titled vampires with less than 3 votes, this vampire loose his title and can't cast any votes.

C'est certes plus soft mais bon on a qd même décapiter (guillotiner) un roi , c'est moins background.

Pour la bourse, très bien ... pour la Bastille, j'ai une proposition intermédiaire :
Tap this card during a referendum to cancel the votes of any one target vampire until end of turn ...

Il y a aussi l'option plus trash :

Tap this card during a referendum to cancel the votes of any one target vampire until your next untap phase ...

A mon avis personne ne jourra vote si cette carte existe

Enfin moi je dis ça je dit rien on s'en fout je joue pas en league, donc voila .... 8)
