Puis-je faire n'importe quelle action et la jouer en OBE immédiatemment même si le rajout de stealth n'est pas requis ?
Sur la newsletter Salubri de 2002 il semblerait que oui mais depuis peut-être que ça a bougé, alors ?

c't'exact, à un détail près : tu ne peux jouer Repulsion quand tu *annonces* ton action. Quand tu annonces, tu ne peux jouer que les cartes dont le texte précise "only usable when the action is announced" (un truc du genre).
Par exemple, quand tu bleedes, tu ne peux jouer un Conditioning quand tu annonces en espérant piocher une Seduction.
