Il me semble que cela s'applique à toutes les sources aggravées pour le round. Donc option 2, puisque "once each round" ; ca sert à rien de burn chaque round si ca s'applique à tout le combat. Et ce n'est pas juste un seul dégat qu'il transforme en normal, sinon il y aurai un texte semblable à celui de Konrad :
