As always, changes contained herein do not go into effect for sanctioned tournaments for 30 days. (So these become active on January 1st, 2013.)

RULINGS

DARING THE DAWN :
-can no longer be played during block attempts.
-can be played after declining the block attempt. The action is still blocked and the pending damage will occur after resolution of the action.
-alternatively, can be played during combat, before range is determined.

ERRATA

DUMMY CORPORATION :
-costs 2 pool.
-only 1 Dummy Corporation can be played in a game.
