J'ai pas trouvé alors j'demande:

1) Vampire A (avec aus ou AUS) joue un vote, il n'est pas bloqué, le référendum passe, mais vampire B joue un Delaying Tactics.
Vampire A peut-il quand même jouer un Telepathic Vote Counting en inf' ?

2) Pareil mais pas de Delaying joué, vamp' A joue le TVC. Vampire C du même contrôleur que A peut-il rejouer le même vote ?
