ah! enfin une réponse claire. cf. le post provenant de google.
En résumé :
-sup. Terror Frenzy et Secure Haven affectent le coût.
-si une carte de combat jouée par un vampire subissant sup. TF est annulée (Direct), aucun blood n'est payé (REVERSAL donc)
-si une carte master est jouée sur un vampire avec Secure Haven, mais annulée avec Sudden Reversal, aucun pool n'est payé (REVERSAL en ce qui me concerne ainsi qu'en ce qui concerne ce forum, mais bon à la limite on s'en fout)

And now I'm going to change the answer I gave you in email, having had
additional time to ponder the situation. (Sorry about that.)

Given the wording on TF using the same template as the Paths, that means that
the 7/7/7 RTR applies to TF as much as the paths -- they all affect card costs.

Moot, with the above answer (reversing what I had said in email).
He still burns 0.

Moreover, it is similar to the text on Paths.
It affects the cost.
