peut-on jouer une carte qui demande de tenter de bloquer (black sunrise, second tradition: domain, read the winds) sur un domain challenge (on s'en fout un peu du vote appelé mais avec le domain, y a une vraie raison directe de vouloir se détapper)

1/ pendant le référendum
2/ après avoir décliné le bloc mais avant le référendum

Read the winds/ Do not replace until the end of this action. [ani][aus] +1 intercept. This vampire doesn`t tap for successfully blocking this action. [ANI][AUS] Usable by a tapped vampire. This vampire untaps and attempts to block with +1 intercept, even if intercept is not yet needed.

Black sunrise/ Only usable by a tapped vampire. [qui] Only usable during a (D) action directed at you or something you control. This vampire untaps and attempts to block. [QUI] As above, but usable on any action.

Second tradition: domain/ Requires a ready prince or justicar. +2 intercept. Also usable by a tapped prince or justicar, even if intercept is not yet needed, to burn a blood to untap and attempt to block with +2 intercept.

Domain challenge/ Political Card - Worth 1 Vote. Called by any vampire at +1 stealth. Successful referendum means each Methuselah burns 1 pool for each tapped minion he or she controls.
