Amla, c'est le nom du fruit, l'arbre c'est Myrobolan emblique ou Groseillier de Ceylan.

En fait l’amla est un arbre fruitier appartenant a la famille des phyllantacés , que l’on nomme aussi groseiller de Ceylan
