OUI Corinette ! Le titre indiquait qu'il s'agit d'une pièce du jeu d'échecs, la seule qui se déplace en sautant deux cases en diagonale.
Quand originaire d'Orient le jeu est arrivé en Occident la pièce a pris un nom différent selon le pays : Bishop (évêque) en Angleterre, Alfiero en Italie (proche de ALFIL, éléphant en Inde)
et FOU en France.
