ECQ Paris : saturday april 26th 2008

The french ECQ will be held in Paris on saturday, April 26th. Usual 3 rounds
+ 2h final, decklists needed.

The venue is the place of a gaming convention named "Lucidité", located here
:
Salle Olympe de Gouge
15, rue Merlin (that's the name of the street and the venue is inside the
park "la Roquette" : in doubt, just follow anyone looking like a geek)
Paris (that's the name of the city, it's filled with incompetent VtES
players who can't make it to an EC day 2, so any deck will work like a charm
if you want to qualify)
11th "arrondissement" (call it district or whatever)

In metro, stop either at "Père Lachaise" (lines n° 2 or 3), "Philippe
Auguste" (line 2), or "Voltaire" (line 9).

The schedule : registration at 10:00 to 10:30 ; end of final at 20:15.
Fee: 5 euro. Note that this is the fee for the VtES tournament ; entrance to
the convention itself is "free", in that you choose how much cash you give
the organizers (a gesture of sympathy would be nice, but you can enter the
convention for free if you feel like it)

Remember that, as per the 2008 VEKN tournament rules, qualifying means getting in the top 25%, regardless of whether the higher-ranked players already previously qualified or not (i.e. for a 40-player tournament, only the top 10 players get a slot ; if those very top ten already qualified in another ECQ, then no one gets to qualify, so you better get prepared for playing something nasty).
