We have to wait for february in order to know where spanish EC would be organised (and when of course).

That is correct. The 31th January is the deadline for princes to submit applications for running one of the two Spanish Continental Qualifiers.

In February, the Spanish princes will vote and decide which two cities will host those Continental Qualifiers.

So far, there is just one oficial candidature: Palma de Mallorca (August 2006).

I think Barcelona will be another candidate to organize a Spanish CQ. We will see
