Students are rather available during the holiday seasons (subliminal call to students on this forum : put your holidays periods ^^). For the others, it's only a question of knowning when the EQ takes place soon enough to organise the travel and the workload accordingly 8)

definetly in the period from july or august, September could also be fine.

Well, I think it's better to be in vacation to be able to come. So I definetly think that August is fine since we have the FC on july and that many students have exams before july.
